Visit Our Animal Shelter

We would be delighted if you visited our shelter on Tenerife and met our four-legged friends in person to see our work on-site. We’re happy to take the time for a guided tour, but we don’t have fixed visiting hours. Therefore, we kindly ask you to arrange an appointment with our shelter a few days in advance—ideally at the beginning of your stay on Tenerife. Once we hear from you, we’ll provide a proposed appointment time and detailed directions to our location. Please fill out the form, and our team in Tenerife will get in touch with you.

Unscheduled visits to the shelter are generally not possible, as our daily schedule is fully occupied with animal care, vet visits, and often emergencies. We kindly ask for your understanding that last-minute visits may not always be feasible. Additionally, please note that we can only schedule appointments 10 to a maximum of 14 days in advance.

    Directions to Our Shelter

    • Take the highway exit for Tenerife South Airport (TF-1).
    • Coming from Santa Cruz: Turn right (toward the mountains).
    • Coming from the south/airport: Stay left to cross the highway toward the north (mountains), then immediately turn left again. Take the first right uphill.
    • After passing the BP gas station and the Cepsa gas station,
    • turn right toward TF-645 San Isidro.
    • Take another immediate right (do not go straight!).
    • Take the first left (look for the Toledo sign).

    The shelter is located 20 meters ahead on the right side, identifiable by a large green wall!
